Rental Services Booking, Return, and Refund Policy

Booking:

  1. Reservation: To book a rental service, customers can contact us via phone, email, or visit our store in Jaipur. Our customer service team will assist you in selecting the appropriate medical equipment and confirming the rental details.

  2. Rental Agreement: Upon confirmation, we will provide you with a rental agreement outlining the rental duration, terms, and conditions, as well as any applicable fees or deposits.

  4. Delivery or Pickup: We offer both delivery and pickup options for your convenience. Our team will coordinate the delivery or pickup schedule based on your preference and location.

Return:

  1. End of Rental Period: At the end of the rental period specified in the agreement, customers are required to return the rented equipment to Morecare in Jaipur.

  2. Return Process: To initiate the return process, customers can contact our customer service team to schedule the pickup of the equipment. Alternatively, customers can return the equipment to our store during business hours.

  3. Equipment Condition: The rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all accessories and components included. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

Refund Policy:
